Detiene FGEO a una persona por asalto en el Centro Histórico de Oaxaca
Oaxaca, Oax., 19 de octubre de 2011 (Quadratín).- Policías preventivos municipales de Oaxaca de Juárez, realizaron la detención de un hombre y una mujer acusados de robar de forma violenta las pertenencias de una mujer.
El incidente ocurrió en la noche del martes 18 de octubre, cuando los policías realizaban su rondín de seguridad y vigilancia en el centro de la ciudad y al circular en la calle de Las Casas esquina con Mier y Terán fueron alertados por Esperanza Díaz Pérez.
La mujer les señaló a dos hombres y una mujer que corrían metros adelante, como los que le habían arrebatado su bolso de mano en donde guardaba objetos personales, un teléfono celular y 600 pesos en efectivo.
Ante el señalamiento, los elementos municipales salieron tras los presuntos ladrones, logrando la detención de dos de ellos, quienes se identificaron como Uriel Hernández Díaz de 18 años, con domicilio en San Felipe del Agua y Josefina Soledad Cruz García, también de 18 años.
La ofendida identificó plenamente al par de jóvenes como las personas que le habían robado, por lo que fueron detenidos; una vez en el cuartel, personal femenino de la policía le aseguró a la detenida, un teléfono celular que había ocultado entre su ropa íntima, y que es presuntamente producto del robo.
Ambos fueron turnados ante el Agente del Ministerio Público a las 4:00 horas del miércoles para que determine su situación jurídica.
