Fiscalía de Oaxaca despliega a más de 120 agentes en la Central de Abasto
Oaxaca, Oax., 22 de septiembre de 2011 (Quadratín).- Policías preventivos de la ciudad realizaron la detención de dos mototaxistas acusados de golpear a un taxista y dañar su unidad.
El ofendido, Fernando Leobardo Reyes García, dijo que a las 11:40 horas circulaba en la calle Huerto Los Ciruelos, del fraccionamiento Trinidad de las Huertas a bordo del taxi del Sitio Nueva Creación, cuando fue interceptado por un grupo de mototaxistas. Sin motivo aparente le cerraron el paso y mientras unos lo atacaban a golpes, sus acompañantes se dedicaron a dañar el vehículo, afectando el parabrisas y la portezuela del lado del conductor.
Tras consumar la agresión los sujetos abordaron varios mototaxis e intentaron escapar, cuando llegaron los policías para detener a dos de los presuntos responsables.
Los detenidos responden al nombre de Andy Clark Cruz Avendaño de 27 años, con domicilio en la colonia Minería, de Santa Cruz Xoxocotlán y Omar Ojeda Olivera, de 18 años, quien reside en la colonia Reforma Agraria.
El ofendido, después de identificarlos como las personas que lo golpearon y provocaron daños a su vehículo, solicitó su consignación al Ministerio Público.
